Below FAQ are some common concerns of our customers before purchasing.
All orders placed with RIGEAR include a 5-year labor and services warranty,
and a 3-year parts limited warranty. For PC parts, we will repair or replace
defective hardware (for unrepairable parts), free of charge as long as they
have not been physically damaged or abused.

Yes, our crew will take care of everything for you. Your PC will be ready for
plug-and-play when you receive it
Yes. Your PCs will be assembled and undergo a stress test, to ensure the
systems are stable before they are being shipped out.
We offer a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your order.
Additional fees may apply to the return, unless there is a hardware issue
with the PC that the RIGEAR team is able to replicate. Please refer to our
return policy for more details.
On average, it takes about 4 working days for our crew to assemble and
test, together with quality assurance (QA), and pack your PCs. Once it is
shipped, it will depend on the courier shipment.
